The Coordinating Minister of Health & Social Welfare Prof Muhammad Ali Pate has affirmed that the implementation of the Performance Management System ( PMS) in the health sector will save lives and enhances the well-being of Nigerians, in alignment with Mr President's Renewed Hope Agenda.
